At Eternal Benefits, we exist to make a positive difference in North Hull. Our mission is simple: to provide services and activities that help build a stronger, more compassionate community.
No matter your background, beliefs, or circumstances — we’re here to support you or offer you the chance to support others.
Every week, we connect with:
- Elderly residents seeking companionship
- Families navigating life’s challenges
- Individuals between jobs
- Ex-offenders rebuilding their lives
- People facing mental health struggles
- Those living with disabilities
- Single parents and carers
- Refugees and asylum seekers
- Budding gardeners and community volunteers
We believe in doing whatever it takes to make our community a better place — together.
Essential Furniture & Swap Shop
This non-profit initiative is created to support people who are:
- Building a new home
- Starting afresh after a difficult time
- In urgent need of all essential household items
We offer furniture and household items to help make a fresh start easier and more comfortable.

☕ Pay-As-You-Like Café
Our friendly community café serves tea, coffee, and snacks — and everyone is welcome.
We follow a Pay-As-You-Like philosophy:
- Pay the set price for your meal
- Pay a little extra to donate a meal for someone else
- If you’re unable to pay, you’re welcome to give an hour of help — or simply enjoy it on the house
It’s all about sharing, supporting, and making sure no one goes without.
🥫 Food Larder
Our Food Larder is open:
- Mondays & Wednesdays: 10:00am – 12:30pm
- Fridays: 10:00am – 11:30am
For just £1.50, you can take home up to 20 items — a small donation that helps us keep the shelves stocked and the service running.
🤝 Respect Outreach Team
Our Outreach Team is all about building strong relationships across the community — with children, young people, families, and older adults.
We offer a mix of food, fun, and friendship activities that bring people together to socialize, connect, and support one another.

🎉 Over 60s Social Fridays 🎉
Join us every Friday for a warm, welcoming gathering of over 60s in North Hull! Enjoy a delicious two-course meal, followed by a variety of fun and engaging activities including:
- 🎶Sing-alongs
- 🎱Bingo
- 🎤Visiting speakers
Throughout the year, we also organise holidays and outings to places like:
- 🌸Garden centres * 🏰 Historic buildings * 🏖️ Seaside resorts
🚗 If you live in the HU6 area, we can arrange transport—just give us a call!
📞 Everyone over 60 is welcome—come along, make new friends, and enjoy great company!
